In the level Ryan amusement park, you will need to get a ticket. Once you've achieved to get a ticket to enter Ryan amusement park you see a Ryan anomatronic talking about what he stands for. So in the left corner you'll find a iron 9 club grab it with telekenis and when he talks fling it towards it head. Once it hits the head it will explode and the achievement will pop shortly after.

I'm not sure how much it matters but when I launched the golf club at the Ryan animatronic his head and arm came off. I waited a couple of seconds and didn't get the achievement. I reloaded and tried again only hitting his head this time and had to wait a few seconds but the achievement popped.

Ryan Amusements - Journey to the Surface
You will see a a roller coaster type track on the floor, with lots of animatronic displays either side. Designed to re-educate the people of Rapture.
There are actually a few displays with Ryan seated at his desk. As soon as you locate one, look for a golf club and ball near by. Use telekinesis on the club and re-create history by slamming it into Ryan.
