This will unlock by completing the challenges located in the extras menu. You have to get a total of 18 stars in all the challenges.
Best hints are to try and back yourself into a corner, with one or two lines of sight. Try to stay as close to the gatherer as you can. Weapons and Plasmids are provided by each level, so unfortunately you can't pick those.
As soon as the game starts, hack the vendors to reduce their costs. Use them to stay stocked up on Health and Eve if you spend your Even injections and health packs.
Also, destroy (or hack) the heath stations, so the enemy can't use them.
Some levels have turrets, hack them and they will help you during the fight.
Focus on the splicers like leadheads, houdinis, spider and nitros as they will attack the sister. The other enemies will come for you. The less she's interrupted the more ADAM she gathers, thus, the higher your score will be and the more stars you will earn.
