This will unlock by completing the challenges located in the extras menu.
The first challenge gives one star, the second challenge gives 2 stars, and the third challenge gives three stars. Equaling six stars.
Best hints are to try and back yourself into a corner, with one or two lines of sight. Try to stay as close to the gatherer as you can. Weapons and Plasmids are provided by each level, so unfortunately you can't pick those.
As soon as the game starts, hack the vendors to reduce their costs. Use them to stay stocked up on Health and Eve if you spend your Even injections and health packs.
