"Reached Computer Core Access"
You will get this achievement once you finish the second area of Minerva's Den (Operations) and reach the third area (The Thinker).
This achievement oddly unlocked for me after I completed the DLC.
I even saw all credits and the achievement unlocked after I went back to dashboard. it's not missable because it's story related, so I don't know what happened.
Another warning: this dlc and Protector's trials freezed a lot for me: for example, Persephone sector B - trial 1 froze 3 times in a row!

Unmissable:
It's awarded after Operations is completed and you make it to the bulkhead of The Thinkers Chambers.
It was glitched but a recent patch has fixed the issue, making it pop in the right place.
