Long gone so doesn't help the person that asked, but if anyone else wonders the same thing; there is plenty of ADAM to spend and still get all the basics ones for the achievement. As long as you do the gather points, rescue, and collect the gifts you occasionally get for rescuing you definitely have enough. One of the gifts is also a tonic that increases the amount of ADAM from gathers. I'm at the point where all Little Sisters have been resolved, I've bought every gene tonic slot, bought some tonics that I want, upgraded a few of the Plasmids I use, bought all Plasmids slots available up to this point, and bought all health and Eve upgrades available up to this point along with just the basic non-upgraded Plasmids I don't use. And I'm still sitting on 540 ADAM currently. I think if you just don't go crazy and start spending it on things you don't actually want just 'cause you got some to spend and nothing else to get you'll definitely be fine.

FTI: This will unlock in the Persephone Outer level assuming you've purchased the required plasmids prior.
