How to unlock the All Weapon Upgrades achievement in BioShock 2 - Definitive Guide

Pretty straight forward. just find and use the P2P stations

Located:

01 Ryan Amusements - Going to get the ticket, pretty hard to miss
02 Ryan Amusements - After the family display, through the door
03 Pauper's Drop - From Journal 039 go out door, down stairs
04 Pauper's Drop - In the back of skid row, in the limbo room, it will be behind the stage
05 Pauper's Drop - after breaking into hotel, when you're going through the halls, you'll go through a hole, to your left you'll see a blue sheet, to the right is the station
06 Siren Alley - In Mermaid Lounge, go upstairs hack the gate, drop through a hole in the floor
07 Siren Alley - Just before Pump station 5
08 Dionysis Park - Behind the door, combo 1080
09 Dionysis Park - On the path to the train
10 Fontaine Futuristics - After you destroy the flying gil bot, you can enter where you get access to labatory
11 Fontaine Futuristics - After you turn on the lights, it will be in the bottom of the holding cells area
12 Persephone Outer - on your left, you can't miss it
13 Inner Persephone - After you gain access to Sinclair look back in the room
14 Inner Persephone - Just after ward B in the room with the rocket turret

Unlike Bioshock 1, although there are 14 weapon upgrade stations, there are more than 14 weapon upgrades available. So don't freak out thinking you may have missed one or two when you are coming up on your last couple and see a lot of upgrades still available.

I haven't been following a guide and found the first 6 so far very easily. I think they aren't as difficult to find as they were in the first game. Unless there is a crazy one like Sander Cohen's room that I just haven't found yet.

Maybe #3 is the one that's actually upstairs from the clinic?

The other 2 locations seem pretty good, but I'm upstairs at the clinic at that's where I found my third PttP.

Black Zodiac, number 11 can be found after you turn on the lights but is dificult to spot, at the bottom of the holding cells you see it in a room but have to go round the back of that room to hack a door control giving you access

No, unfortunately you cannot go back, so make sure that you finish everything you need to before proceeding.

some of em you can go back and get but there are 2 (not sure which levels since its been a while since ive played this) instances where you cannot go back , but i would just make sure you get them in each area before moving on just to be safe

@LAZORZ It says "Find all 14 Power to the People weapon upgrades", not "Fully upgrade all weapons". Don't be a retard

Yep, you will not upgrade all weapons, it even says so when playing the game.

"There are a limited number of Power to the People stations, so choose wisely."
(or something close to that, paraphrasing you see.)

how do you get number 11 exactly.
On my first play through it was one of the only ones I missed I think I know where its located but can't get to it

This is a list of all fourteen weapon stations with locations.

If you need more thorough descriptions for any of the stations, please see my walkthrough of the game. You can link it from the main game page.

Note that you must USE each weapon station, not just find their locations.

1) Ryan Amusements - In the hallway after the Security Monitoring Room, on the way to get the ticket. Can't miss it.

2) Ryan Amusements - Enter the "Ride Maintenance" door in the family display, on the back wall of the ride maintenance room.

3) Pauper's Drop - Head past the blue curtains and go downstairs, immediately after getting audio log 39 - Camera In Hock.

4) Pauper's Drop - In the Limbo Room, go behind the stage and through the door straight ahead. On the wall of this room.

5) Pauper's Drop - Go through the darkened hallways. When you see the blue curtains on your left, go right instead and follow the hallway to the room at the end on the right.

6) Siren Alley - In the Mermaid Lounge. Go upstairs, hack the lock to the kitchen and drop through the hole in the floor.

7) Siren Alley - Downstairs in the room to the left, immediately before entering Pumping Station #5 at the end of the level.

8) Dionysus Park - In the room with the combination lock at the start of the level. Combination is 1080.

9) Dionysus Park - In plain sight in the room just after you leave the first underwater glass tunnel on the way to the train room.

10) Fontaine Futuristics - In the Security Office at the start of the level. Accessed after destroying the four signal relays and defeating the Gil bot.

11) Fontaine Futuristics - In the Holding Cells area. Accessed by hacking the door panel through the broken window near the dead end vent.

12) Persephone Outer - In the rubble-strewn hallway after the underwater glass tunnel, on the left. Can't miss it.

13) Inner Persephone - In the Security Tower with Sinclair, after you get the code to unlock it.

14) Inner Persephone - After leaving the flooded Ward B Infirmary, turn left, then right. In the room with the rocket turret.

A list of all stations, it is advisable to check before leaving the level.

Ryan's Amusement Park:
While searching for a ticket, along the road, if you go from the display case, behind which there is a machine gun.

Poor Man's Shelter:
Hamilton Building, 2nd floor, along the corridor with the Bandito Ammo vending machine

In the right corridor from the shrine in Sinclair Deluxe there will be a dead end with a turret at the end. Next to the indicated turret is the room where the station is located.

Alley of Sirens:
In the Rusalka club, in a small room with a hole in the ceiling.
In front of Pump Station No. 5, in Lamb's office.

Dionysus Park:
Cohen Collection, ground floor, behind a locked door. Code: 1080.
On the way to the metro station, in the room with a safe and a first aid station.

Fontaine Futuristics:
In the locked security room after you gain access.
Once the electricity is turned on in the second hall, the station will become available on the lower floor of the isolation cells, in the area of ​​the security office. The door can be opened by breaking the panel through a broken window.

Station 1: Ryan's Amusements will be on your route, don't miss it.
