To help maximizes your Adam points from each match there are a few things you can do. You get points for general stuff like killing players of the opposite team and doing things to help yours like claiming the Big Daddy Suit.

Hacking Reward: Vending Machine 10pts (check the colour of the light on the machince is the yellow or your teams colour, if not run up to it and away quicker and wait for the trap bomb to go off)

Hacking Reward: Turrets 10pts

Research Photo Reward 10pts

ADAM Vial Reward 10pts (randomly scattered about the levels, picked up with no other value but to increase points)

Kill Reward 10pts

Assist Reward 5pts

Killing Streaks Reward 50pts (for killing three or more enemies without dying)

Big Daddy Suit Reward 50pts

Big Daddy Takedown Reward 100pts

Trials Complete Reward (varies from trial to trial)

The only advice I can say is to hack everything in sight, take research pictures as much as you can and use your plasmids to unlock your early trials. After that read the trial that become available and try and complete them you may even learn a few plasmid combos you weren't aware of before.

This is just a simple boosting method to get the level achievements quicker.
1. Get a few other people who want to boost.
2. Play ADAM Grab (Not the team one)
3. Try to pick a level with at least 3 turrets (So up to 6 people may boost)
4. If you do not get a level with 3 then just have the 2 other players trade off on holding the little sister for points. (If you have 6 people.)
5. Get 2 people per turret.
6. Trade off hacking it for 10 points every 5 seconds-ish
7. Make sure everyone has Speed Hacker (Forgot what its called) to make it go by faster.

[EDIT:] If nobody touches the little sister everybody gets the bonus points for a win, because the game results in a equal tie.

If for whatever reason, you want to boost and you don't have Speed Hacker you could always boost w/o it. Yes, it will be slower but eventually you will unlock Speed Hacker and then you're all good.

This is a simple achievement to get. You'll need to reach level 10 in the multiplayer.

When playing matches make sure you;

- Hack equipment for ADAM bonuses
- Collect any vials of ADAM present in a level
- Research corpses
- Hit as many kills as you can as well as kill assists
- Try to reach any Big Daddy suits which appear in the level
- Further your trials for bonuses of up to 75 ADAM at a time

You can also hold your breath and hope to get the final shot on a Big Daddy for a big bonus.

However, this achievement often does NOT unlock if the game you are in does not run all the way to the end. Should the host quit or the connection to the host be lost and the stats screen afterwards informs you that you have levelled up to 10 it will probably not unlock for you.

To solve this simply fire up a new multiplayer game and the achievement should pop for you straight away.

I think that the best way to obtain this achievement legit is to play Civil War how much as you can. Survival of the Fittest is much more frustrating and less effective, Capture the Sister takes too long. Others are much more less effective.
One Civil War match takes about 5-7 minutes, and you get at least 150 ADAM for completing each (if you aren't in the winning team) or 200 ADAM (if your team win tha match) even if you don't do anything else during this time.
You can easily gain about 350-500 ADAM if your stats are good (10 ADAM per each kill, photo, hack & vials, 50 ADAM for killing streak, 5 ADAM for kill assist, 100 ADAM for Big Daddy kill and 50 ADAM for each being Big Daddy) or much more if you complete some trials (additional 75-500 ADAM for each).
I'm level 42 now and I played for about 3 hours to level up to rank 10 (+ about 0,5 hours waiting/lobby time).
Level 10 needs to gain 9.000 ADAM total.

This requires about 10,000 adam, which amounts to 3 hours of playtime and 25 games, give or take, to unlock. If you're good enough to get plenty of killstreaks, this'll go even faster. Some tips;

1) Hack and research everything you can. +10 per hack adds up fast, and it'll help you get kills.
2) At the beginning of each match, look around for adam vials. A lot of players skip these, but it's an easy way to gain +50 each match.
3) Dont quit out. Your progress will not be saved, and you'll lose out on the game completion bonus, which is 100 to 200 adam.
4) Pick up the big daddy suit whenever you can. It's an automatic +50, and you're almost guaranteed a killstreak, for another +50, on top of all the easy kills you get. If you're fighting a big daddy at full or near-full health, hit him once and run. You'll be counted for an assist. If you think you could kill him, go earn that 100 adam, but beware of killstealers.
5) Completing the trials for Incinerate, freeze, and shock is well worthwhile. So are the ones for your favourite gun. Areo dash and whirlpool are less important (becuase they're harder and slower, you can earn adam faster). For the most part ignore the rest until you reach a higher rank.
