"Distance Hacker"

Story based achievement - early on in the story you will come to a security door and will pick up a remote hack-dart from here you will need to shoot the security system and hack the machine by pressing the 'A' button when the needle is in the green area, once you hack the machine the achievement will unlock.

Story related and you can't miss it. While you are in Atlantic express you will come across a splicer that runs away from you and a door shuts behind him. You need to go into the room the right and pick up the Hack Tool and use it on the control panel thats on the other side of the door. Shoot a remote hack dart through the broken window at the control panel and when the hack game comes up, hit E when the arrow is in the green or blue (may be more than 1 time) and the door will open.

This can't be missed as you will need to hack a door to progress early on.

To unlock this achievement you will need to hack an object at a distance. You will need to do this as soon as you are given the hack tool during the first mission, so this achievement is effectively story related and cannot be missed.
