The easiest way is to board several gunships with 2-3 enemies on it. Simply attach to the gunship's hook, dismount and use undertow to push all the enemies off. KEEP AN EYE PUT FOR SALTS!!
If you keep running out of enemies to push off keep loading up chapter 'Hand of the prophet' You don't need to hit a checkpoint to save your progress, simply keep reloading until the achievement pops.

Hand of the Prophet, once you get to the airships, is the perfect place to do this. It will help a lot of you get the upgrades for Undertow as well. There's an upgrade vendor in the locked room right before the airships, where you fight the motorized patriots.

Just a info... If you forget to collet the undertow Power in the previous charter, you can instead use the bronco Power on the airshiops to push the enemies off Columbia.
