Just use the first vigor on an enemy then quickly switch to the other. Making sure to hit them enemy with the second vigor before the first one kills them....

1. Shock Jockey and Possession
2. Shock Jockey and Murder Of Crows
3. Devils Kiss and Possession
4. Devils Kiss and Murder Of Crows
5. Undertow and Shock Jockey
6. Bucking Bronko and Devils Kiss
7. Bucking Bronko and Charge
8. Devils Kiss and Charge

Also thanks to Kanchanaburi he said you can use the first as a trap to hold them so you can then hit them fully with the second! Thanks dude

Kinda minor but I would reverse the order of which you use vigors in combinations 2 and 4. Those were the last ones I finally got to work.

If you use Murder of Crows first and then hit them with Devils Kiss and Shock Jockey respectively you will know you succeeded visually because the crows flying around will be charged with fire or electricity.

I can't for the life of me get the Devil's Kiss and Charge to work, no matter what order I use them in. Really frustrating.

For anyone who had trouble getting the last one to trigger (maybe it was devils kiss and charge for you as well) checking the achievement made it unlock. By that I mean clicking it, go to official club and it popped when it got there.

The final one was Bucking Bronco and Charge for me. Had to do it several times on a heavy with a flak gun until the last charge killed him. Then, it unlocked. So, it may be that you must register a kill with the combo, which isn't in the description.

I found it easier to reverse numbers 1 & 3 so that Possession is first. It is easy to possess a character first, watch their health meter go down, and then use Shock or Devils Kiss to finish them off at the right moment.

I have tried all 8 of these again and this still isn't popping for me. Did anyone with an issue for this cheevo manage to solve the problem in the end? I have tried TVthePunisher's trick with the official club, but no dice.
As with others, it seems to be the Devil's Kiss and Charge combo not working.

EDIT: I completed the game trying all combos and nothing popped. So I reloaded the final battle and it popped straight away on my first combo that I had tried tens of times previously; so maybe just try that if anyone else has this issue

To unlock this trophy you must use 7 of the 8 Vigors (Return to Sender doesn't count) and combine them with an appropriate partner.
You don't have to kill an enemy, simply affecting them with the combo is enough and any enemy will work however Heavy Hitters, like Firemen, are not affected by certain Vigors. Likewise you can't just attack regular citizens.

Just to help you find the Vigors needed:
- Possession is obtained during the story

- Devil's Kiss is dropped by the first Fireman the player kills

- Murder of Crows is dropped by the first Zealot (Teleporter with a coffin on his back)

- Bucking Bronco is found in a crate right before entering the Patriot's Pavilion Plaza of Soldier's Field

- Shock Jockey is "given" to the player by Cornelius Slate in the First Lady's Memorial in the Hall of Heroes

- Charge is found in an armory by the elevator to Shantytown in Finkton Proper but is only obtainable after opening the Tear in the Bull House Impound

- Undertow is found on the floor in the Office of Jeremiah Fink in the Factory
