This achievement is for Burial at Sea Episode 2.
I found the easiest place to get this is in the Service Bay. Following the main story path you will be told to go to the Service Bay to pick up a Bathysphere part.
As soon as you enter the large room in the Service Bay, look up and you will see a lot of Freight Hooks. Simply attach to one and look down below for a splicer. Once you find one, jump down behind them while pressing B in mid air to land silently and melee them. Jump back up and repeat two more times for the achievement. I obtained this by doing it in a row without reloading the checkpoint but feel free to reload the checkpoint if you mess up as it still counts towards the achievement.

You can grab this trophy in the Service Bay after entering the Service Bay. There are multiple hooks to launch yourself off of and a plethora of enemies to assault.
After taking out the first enemy you encounter, scan the area so you can map out your plan of attack. Hop up onto one of the hooks, then press X to dismount right behind an enemy. Press O right before you land so you’ll do so silently. Activate Peeping Tom and then smack the crap out of the Splicer. Rinse and repeat twice more and the Trophy should pop.
If you have trouble or need to try again you restart at the checkpoint. Your counter won’t reset and you’ll have a fresh room of splicers to get the trophy.
