Very easy to get early on. You get all of the DLC when you buy this so when you enter the Blue Ribbon restaurant early on in the game shortly after the raffle, there will be 10-12 pieces of gear waiting for you on the tables. Just choose one of each (hat, shirt, pants, boots) and it will unlock.

As long as your playing the game on xbox one you will get all of the DLC for free. This means about 30 mins into the game when you get to a bar called the blue spider you will have 8 gearboxes waiting for you, just choose the 4 you like best and your achievement will pop.

In the remastered version of this game, this trophy is nearly unmissable.
The remastered version of the game comes with all DLC, which awards the player with 8 pieces of gear in chapter 4, right at the beginning in the Blue Ribbon Restaurant (the one where you receive your first infusion from the Luteces).
The only way you can possibly miss this is if you don't pick up the gear from the tables before you take your infusion.
