You can get this if you choose forfeit ranking and continue. Enemies will regain all health, but dead foes will stay dead. You'll have infinite lives this way, and you will probably spend a lot. If you completed all waves of the OPS Zeal, you should have no trouble with this.
At the end, you will need to go to the back of the final zeppelin and destroy the engine to finish the area.

I didn’t realize you had to destroy the engine, so I tried the “restart checkpoint” option. Don’t do that, it sends you back to the hub world. :(
