This achievement is easy.
Reload the chapter Shanty-town As soon as you are in control, head forward and down the stairs to "The Graveyard Shift" bar which should be at the very end of the alley straight ahead. Once inside, drink everything in sight and shoot the patrons in the bar. After the 1st one, the rest will become hostile and will become "enemies".
You might need to reload and do this a 2nd time if you weren't quick enough, but all in all this achievement is very quick and takes 5 minutes to do.

You would have to be super quick to do this first time. Got it on the second reload with ease. +1

Just use a Devil's Kiss attack on the table where four of 'em are seated. This will deal the most damage, then use Buckin' Bronco after and to finish off the remainders by shooting them down. This will minimize damage to yourself as well.
