Load chapter “return to hall of heroes plaza” on easy. Run under the bridge ahead of you and attach to sky line. The sky line is blocked so you won’t move. Use default machine gun or grab sniper from the tear in the beginning. Easy kills!

In the level monument towards you can shoot the guards as your going by once done restart from last checkpoint rinse and repeat
This can be paired with SKEET SHOOT when you first get on the zip line a guard shoots at you jump onto his platform melee him off and shoot him as he falls then simply restart last checkpoint rinse and repeat
This can be paired with BOLT FROM THE BLUE as ride the zip line you stop and a guard stops in front of you simply shoot him in the and restart from checkpoint Rinse and repeat
This can also be paired with AERIAL ASSASSIN just jump on the guards while gliding then restart last checkpoint rinse and repeat
