The best place to get this is right after retrieving the CO2 scrubber in the bathysphere workshop. Take the lift back up, and equip a gas bolt using 
. Exit the lift in stealth mode and creep towards the voices. You should see three enemies talking. Shoot the gas bolt anywhere near them and over the next minute, they should collapse, earning you the achievement.

Immediately after receiving the poison bolts you will walk up on 4 splicers standing around having a conversation. Shoot one of the bolts on the ground between them, watch them die, pop goes the trophy.
If you need to try again just restart the check point.
