TwiK999 mentions the obvious: you have to keep playing to earn enough silver eagles. The slightly less obvious earning tip he didn't initially mention was this: whether you're replaying certain waves for miscellaneous achievements or blue ribbons, or you're just trying to conquer 15 waves, always remember to loot as many corpses as possible (unless a blue ribbon you're going for prohibits you from doing so).
Enemies in higher waves drop more and more silver eagles, and heavy hitters carry serious coin. The more difficult the arena, the bigger the loot. Also, you can redo blue ribbon challenges to repeatedly reap their monetary rewards. All that loot really adds up!
I prioritized upgrading all vigors and my favorite weapons before saving for this achievement, just to make the initial conquering of the arenas easier. As it turned out, after having spent tons on upgrades and emptying my wallet before starting Raven's Dome, I did that arena and came up just short of the $24,400 I needed. Did one more wave, then bought out the entire museum in one shot.
And take a listen to those Victrolas while you're there.
1. Save your game just before going into the gallery
2. Buy all the items - $24,400 worth (listed above)
3. Exit out to the main menu
You get the achievement and you get to keep your 24,400 monies. This is for, of course, those just wanting the achievement early and still in need of upgrades. Happy achievement hunting!
Side note: After purchasing the two Lutece statues, a tear opens up to their flat. There you will find 5 recorders that gives a little more insight to the game! Enjoy!
That said, it's nice to have all museum pieces unlocked, and saved as such. That way you can enjoy that kick-ass version of "Tainted Love" any time you want.
6 Kinetoscopes
4 Music players
12 Model statues
12 Concept art photos
1 Large Songbird Statue
All items cost a total of roughly 25,000 silver eagles to buy. Sorry I can't give an exact figure but I bought some things and I can't remember how much they cost :s
Just keep playing and you should eventually accumulate enough silver eagles to buy everything.
I accumulated enough money to buy everything after finishing the third level called "Raven's Dome".
If you want to save money and are not bothered about leader board rank then don't bother buying Single Resurrections and just continue after dying while forfeiting your leader board rank.
Methods to find more money:
- Kills
- Multikills
- Vigor combos
- Looting corpses
- Completing blue ribbon challenges
- Headshot kills
Continually heart shot the enemy, but let it kill you before you defeat it. When you die, the enemy regains some health, so you can farm this pretty fast here. You get a small amount each time you heart shot it. I actually money farmed this on wave 14 of the second map, and I was getting 57 per heart shot hit. I earned 5500 in five minutes, so you could do this for about 25 minutes and earn all the necessary money.
-What you need: Possession Vigor, any Round that has a Motorized Patriot on it, and two automatic machine guns (preferably the machine gun with upgraded clip and crank gun)
Okay so go ahead and start up a Round with a Moterized Patriot on it and bring the weapons I noted. Go ahead and kill every single enemy EXCEPT the Patriot. Once the Patriot is the only enemy left, hit him with the Possession Vigor and quickly run behind him and start to unload on the ‘Gear’ on his back, every single time you hit the gear it will automatically give you cash for doing so. Simply continue to do this either until the Patriot barely has any health left, or you run out of ammo. Once that happens let the Patriot kill you and respawn (the continue and forfeit leaderboard stats option). When you respawn it will only be the Patriot again, and he will have full health, your ammo with be replenished, and you keep all the money you already owned.
NOTE: The farther into the DLC you do this, the more money you will earn per hit. I did it on the 3rd map, and was earning 69$ every single time I shot the gear. But even if you do it on the first map, you will still be earning money WAY faster than any other method or even playing legit.
Not only will this provide you with enough $ to buy all the Art, you will be able to buy ALL the weapon upgrades and Vigor upgrades right away thus spending way less time on this DLC.
The Gallery is located in the Columbian Archaeological Society, which is located through the double doors to the left of the Motorized Patriot. There are various items on display that you can buy by approaching them and pressing . There are 35 items in total which will cost a total of $24,400:

Notes: The secret Voxophones you can pick up in Lutece's Office through the hidden Tear at the back of the museum are not required for this trophy.
You will notice that there is a Tear in front of the Songbird Model that will bring forth a water puddle. Do not activate this Easter Egg without saving first else you will be kicked out to the Main Menu, your progress will be lost and you will have to re-buy everything. However if you've already bought everything and unlocked the trophy, you can use this method to reset you to before you bought anything thus saving you money.
You can get money in these ways:
- Killing opponents.
- Special Kills ~ Headshot, Friendly Fire, Free Fall, etc.
- Search of corpses.
- Combo of 2 energy drinks.
- Completing blue ribbon tasks.
