How to unlock the The Ol' One-Two achievement in BioShock Infinite - Definitive Guide
Total of 8 different combination moves are:
• Possession and Shock Jockey
• Possession and Devil's Kiss
• Devil's Kiss and Charge
• Murder of Crows and Devil's Kiss
• Murder of Crows and Shock Jockey
• Bucking Bronco and Devil's Kiss
• Bucking Bronco and Charge
• Undertow and Shock Jockey
Load up Raven's Dome for the last couple of kills you need done and keep doing Wave 1 or Wave 2 if needed.
For Possession + Shock Jockey you'll have to Possess the enemy first then shock them repeatedly until the Possessed enemy gets a kill while being shocked. The Possessed Enemy HAS TO GET THE KILL, NOT killing the enemy with Possession and Shock Jockey.
For Possession + Devil's Kiss you'll have to Possess the enemy first then Devil's Kiss setting them on fire, the Possed enemy HAS to get the kill while being on Fire. This is a bit tricky since you could kill the Possessed Person with Fire Damage or it delays the kill. The Possessed person has to get the kill.
You might wanna upgrade the vigors or salt infusion or at least damage the enemies then use it. It's a cumulative achievement so you can come back to it or do it on any waves. (Also what helped me was putting a check mark or opening a word document on the ones I already did.)
This trophy is practically the same as Combination Shock from the main game, except that this time you must get the killing blow from your Vigor combination as well. Since you have to kill with, it is advisable to weaken the enemies with gunfire first before you use your Vigors.
A Vigor combination is where you fire two Vigors in quick succession at an enemy to produce a variety of different effects. To do this make sure you have the two Vigors you want to equip, ready in your Vigor slots by selecting them both with the selection wheel (hold ) then find the enemy you wish to use the combination on and use a Vigor on him with . Quickly swap to the second Vigor with and press again to fire that at the enemy. The 8 Vigor combinations are:
- Bucking Bronco + Charge
- Bucking Bronco + Devil's Kiss
- Devil's Kiss + Charge
- Murder of Crows + Devil's Kiss
- Murder of Crows + Shock Jockey
- Possession + Devil's Kiss
- Possession + Shock Jockey
- Undertow + Shock Jockey
Most of these are fairly simple but the two Possession combinations are slightly more complicated. Killing an enemy with Shock Jockey or Devil's Kiss whilst they are Possessed will not work. Instead the enemy you have Possessed must kill another enemy whilst set on fire or electrocuted, depending on the Vigor you used.
Again, the first few Waves of OPS Zeal are the best place to farm these as there are only weak Soldier enemies who pose little threat to you.
1. Possession + Devil's Kiss
2. Possession + Shock Jockey
3. Murder of Crows + Devil's Kiss
4. Murder of Crows + Shock Jockey
5. Bucking Bronco + Devil's Kiss
6. Bucking Bronco + Charge
7. Undertow + Shock Jockey
8. Devil's Kiss + Charge
The trick is that the first two combinations do not kill the one (he kills himself because of " Possession" , this does not count) on whom they are applied, and, therefore, their effect lies in something else - you need to make sure that the enemy on whom it is applied one of these combinations killed someone. That is, a soldier under the influence of the combination "Possession + Devil'sKiss" must kill an ordinary soldier. Same with Shock Jockey .
The tactics are simple - we wound one soldier to the point of being “almost dead”, and hypnotize another soldier.
The other 6 combinations are usually lethal for a common soldier and there are no problems with them.
