The way i got this was to use The Murder of Crows vigor.
Use it when there are several enemies around and then kill then whilst they are stunned. You can also get the "More for your money" Achievement, by holding LT to lay a trap, if it hits 3 enemies it will go towards this aswell! This should be able to get you the following:

The Vigorous Opposition achievement in BioShock Infinite worth 61 pointsIn the Main Campaign, kill 75 enemies with a Vigor or while the enemy is affected by a Vigor.

The More for Your Money achievement in BioShock Infinite worth 41 pointsIn the Main Campaign, lure 3 enemies into a single Vigor trap 5 times.

Bioshock Infinite - Vigorous Opposition Farming

Please see video below for more details but what you need to do is to have possesion (by collecting / Buying Salt) and use it on an enemy piece of equipment to in turn kill the enemy with their own stuff. Farming is the quickest way by far

The Murder of Crows vigor is the best for this. It stuns enemies, leaving them open for an easy headshot. It doesn't last very long, so be quick.

On easy difficulty, any damaging vigor will kill weak enemies. Use Devil's Kiss to kill the guards in the first couple levels.

To get this, you need to kill a total of 75 enemies with the destructive power of a Vigor ability, or by killing them with a weapon whilst they are stunned by a Vigor. If you played the original BioShock, then the old “1-2 Punch” still works exceedingly well. Use Shock Jockey on any normal enemy to shock them, and then quickly shoot them in the head with any of your weapons for an almost instant kill. Devil’s Kiss and Murder of Crows also work extremely well for this trophy as they deal a good amount of damage and distract enemies for a low Salt cost.

If you use the Possession Vigor on an enemy and they kill other enemies, they will count towards this trophy. Furthermore, if you use it on machines or turrets, they will count towards this trophy as well as Mind Over Matter. Thanks to F8l Fool for confirming.

All kill-related trophies can be farmed by restarting checkpoints or replaying chapters.
