When you see a security camera watch for its red line of sight. Avoid this and get right underneath the camera. Alterntively shoot it with a jolt of electricity which will temp. disable it.
Press X to hack. A difficulty meter will appear on screen. You will then need to solve the puzzle. If the meter is green this will be a piece of cake.
Buyout and Autohack also work

Awarded after hacking your first security camera. To hack it, stun it with Electro Bolt and then walk up to it (you might have to jump) and press the V key. It doesn't matter if you hack manually, use a hack tool or pay for a "buyout".

One of the first chances to get this trophy (maybe the first chance) is when you enter the Eternal Flame Crematorium. Pass through the little reception area and you will come to a large incinerator with a security camera behind it. If it sees you, you have a couple of seconds to hide or else it will send 2 hostile security bots looking for you and they will attack. Simply wait until it oscillates to either the left or right and go in the opposite direction and get under it and hit the Square button to hack. Play the mini-game or buyout for $10 and another easy trophy is yours.
