There's no real secret to getting this, my method was to save every Little Sister, and I never bought Plasmids (you get plenty as a thank you for saving the Sisters), instead I focused on my health, EVE, and slots. Doing this I maxed out one track before I faced Ryan. Just focus on which track and it should come quick.
Note that you must advance the story to enable the purchase of further track slots, so you can save ADAM or upgrade other areas without worrying about running out of ADAM.

Go to a Gatherer’s garden and buy either all slots for your plasmids or all slots for the physical, engineering or combat tonic slots. I believe you start with 2 slots open for each so you need to buy 4 extra slots in whatever track you want. Once all 4 extra are bought for one track, the track will be maxed out and the trophy will pop. Plasmid slots cost 100 and the tonic slots are 80 a piece. I don’t believe you can buy them all at once early on in the game. I had roughly 600 Adam early on and could only buy 2 plasmid tracks and a Gatherer’s Garden. I maxed one of mine out at Farmer’s Market.
