To get this achievement the player must successfully hack any one item. This achievement will first be available in the Medical Pavilion.
Any of these items count towards the achievement. In order of appearance:
1. Security Bot
2. Any Vending machine
3. Health Machine
4. Any Turret
5. Security Camera
6. Safe
7. Combination lock
8. U-Invent

For some reason, that achievement is still locked for me after performing several hacks on multiple bots, machines etc. I put the achievement as my favorite and retried..nothing. Any help would be nice!

Same thing achievement just won’t pop seems to be glitched

Awarded after hacking your first device. It doesn't matter if you hack manually, use a hack tool or pay for a "buyout".

Right when you start the level Medical Pavilion, walk forward towards the foyer and make a U-turn to the left and you will see a door with a security bot jammed between the doors. Simply hacking via the Pipe Dream-like mini-game will unlock the achievement as well as
