List of the different rose locations:
- On top of the elevator the splicer activates when you first exit the door
- On the way down on the same elevator, there is a space in between the two elevator shafts with a dead splicer and a rose
- On top of a poster in the toilets
- Behind the fence in the record store
- Inside of the little sister hole where you enter the Grand Carnival
- Inside the upper pipe where you melt the ice to retrieve the shotgun ammo and the auto-hack tool
- Inside a barrel at the middle-left (from the entrance) game
- Inside the bottom-right, white balloon at the balloon shooting game (Use telekinesis on the hooks, it may take a couple of attempts)
- On top of the lamp in the room you open with code 1951
*Charge the Ferris wheel 6 times*
- Charge the Ferris Wheel a 7th time, and the machinery will blow up revealing the last rose.
