For this achievement, you must find and save all of the different types of electric ammo within this challenge such as the electric buck, electric gel, and trap bolts. Stand next to the wheel controls and kill the splicers with Static Discharge by letting them hit you. You'll have to get them to chase you to the controls. Here's a video below that I found on YouTube in case you need visual assistance.

Is the buried at sea DLC? There is no other bioshock dlc on the Microsoft Store ??
