Well it unlocked when I started the game back up so that's a bonus. Gonna put a tag on the whole game for being glitchy

My plot unfolded further. Apparently, at some point, I lost my connection to XBOX online. That was likely why mine didn't pop. While it popped once I reconnected and restarted the game, it registered on XBOX, but the game's Achievement list shows it as not unlocked. O_o

I watched mine pop last night then today when i jumped on it was a locked achievement again....

For me, the same trick as the Found Cohen's Room achievement worked. Go to "All achievements" on your Xbox profile, then load up the list for BioShock Remastered and it should pop right then and there!

Thanks, TheSuperstino. That worked for me. If only the horrible broken mess of the Historian achievement (found all audio diaries) worked in the same way. It's a disgrace that such an old game didn't have these broken achievements fixed in the, supposed, remaster.

Yup - also didn't pop; also fixed by visiting "All Achievements" and then opening the game

I'll put my two cents here as well. This achievement is super buggy - I would recommend making a save right before you pick up your last piece. Once you pick it up, wait for the goal sign to go away and hit the Xbox guide button on your controller and go to the Achievements section then "All Achievements". Click on the BIoshock remastered game and wait with the list in front of you. Hopefully it will unlock, if not you can go back to the game and reload your save. Doing this for the 2nd time on a new game plus finally netted me the unlock.
