Houdini Splicers first become present in Arcadia.
Prioided you seize every opportunity you should be able to get this achievement by the end of the level.
Look out for red smoke which is a distinct feature of this spicer.
Try and take an action shot in close proximity to increase your scores. Take at least 2 pictures of each and try for a third. Equipping tonics which increase photography is a major help.
If you accidentally kill one before taking a picture. Make sure you photograph the corpse. You will be allowed to take only one.

There are 5 levels to researching the Houdini Splicer and once the 5th level is maxed out, the trophy will pop. You can take your time and photograph all of the splicers in the game, getting good quality grades for each photo or do as I did and you can simply photograph each splicer enough times until the quality of the photos get too low and you can’t take photographs anymore.
To help you out in getting this a little faster, you can equip the Photographer’s Eye tonics which will increase the score of the photo. Photographer’s Eye you can find in the Farmer’s Market level in the Worley Winery cellar or you can buy it at a Gatherer’s Garden Station at Fort Frolic and onward.

Level 1: Increased Damage
Level 2: Natural Camouflage tonic
Level 3: Increased damage
Level 4: Easier to see where the Houdini Splicer will re-appear
Level 5: Increased damage
