Rosie is a type of Big Daddy found in the early levels of the game. If you reach Fort Frolic and you haven't got this achievement dont worry it will take a couple of levels but you will have another chance once you reach Apollo Square.
Everytime you kill a Rosie another will appear shortly after regardless of whether you have collected all Little Sisters for that area. Electric Buckshot and Grenades are the best. If you are struggling early on due to a lack of tonics and good weapons., don't worry. You can always use a Bathysphere and come back to Neptunes Bounty or Medical Pavillion, you will notice how easy they are to defeat in comparison to the Bouncer

This glitched for me apparently, it's stuck st 73 percent, but when I take a picture of a Rosie it gives me the fully researched message. Any ideas?

Fiction0713, every figure it out? I'm stuck at 95% complete and getting the fully researches msg as well.

Bater foto do Big Daddy que usa arma de fogo, use sempre o tônico "photographer" para ter uma pontuação melhor,você vai ter que bater a foto e uma barra vai encher aos poucos,para desbloquear a conquista deverá ser enchida a barra 5x.

There are 5 levels to researching the Rosie and once the 5th level is maxed out, the trophy will pop. You can take your time and photograph all of the Rosies in the game, getting good quality grades for each photo or do as I did and you can simply photograph each splicer enough times until the quality of the photos get too low and you can’t take photographs anymore and then move on to the next one.
To help you out in getting this a little faster, you can equip the Photographer’s Eye tonics which will increase the score of the photo. Photographer’s Eye you can find in the Farmer’s Market level in the Worley Winery cellar or you can buy it at a Gatherer’s Garden Station at Fort Frolic and onward.
Also if interested, here are the rewards for each level of research:
Level 1: Increased Damage
Level 2: Photographer’s Eye 2 tonic
Level 3: Increased damage
Level 4: Rosie corpses almost always contain rare invention parts
Level 5: Increased damage
