How to unlock the “The ‘I’ in Team” – Collector achievement in BioShock Remastered - Definitive Guide

1) On the table in the room with the Vita-Chamber and U-Invent station..
2) In the ceiling above the first big daddy shortly after you start. You'll have to lure the Big Daddy away from the door with Target Dummy, and then freeze him with Winter Blast. Once he's frozen, you'll have to jump on top of him, and then jump up and grab the rose.
3) Using the pressure switch, back at the beginning by the first big daddy. When you step on the pressure switch after the room with the turrets, you'll have to run back to the first room. A small panel will drop down on the side of the platform next to where you first entered the room.
4) Use the grenade launcher to blow up the middle rpg turret. You have to go to the beam to be able to reach. The rose will be found after you search the destroyed turret.

I just wanted to provided some clearer written instructions (for those who who don't like videos)
1: On the Desk ( We all know where)
2: Once target Dummy and Winter's Blast are collected head back to the big daddy at the start of the level. Look to the left of the crate with the brass tube, the rose is in the ceiling. Use same method as you used to get Brass Pipe, lure daddy under the rose with target dummy, freeze him in place. Jump on him. You will need to collect the rose mid-air.
3: Much more difficult- When you have constructed the hack tool, have the turrets destroy the big daddy. Run to his corpse and collect the RPG. (Don't use Winter's Blast as his corpse may be destroyed) .
MAKE A SAVE
Stand on the beam and aim for the middle RPG turret (aim for light above it).
TIP - One grenade will destroy the turret. Fire the first shot and watch for debris. If the turrets remains don't shoot past you then you need to fire another shot even if it is destroyed.
The turrets remains will land on the walkway near the little sister. If the turret is destroyed and you have fired multiple grenades then the remains are lodged and can't be moved. Just reload your save and re-attempt. It took me 3 grenades to dislodge the turrets remains. Follow their trajectory and collect the third rose from the turret.
4 - You will need to have constructed the hack tool and destroyed big daddy.
From the walkway with the turrets enter the room with the pressure pad. Lure the big daddy onto the pad, and freeze him. Cast about 4 Winters blasts on his ass. Turn around, run past the Little Sister through the door. In bid red lights you will see 'Pressure Plate Activated' The rose is just underneath this writing.
On a side note, this is the same platform where the crate with the brass tube is. The pressure plate opens up a safe within the side of the platform.
**The achievement will only unlock once the level is completed and not as soon as the final rose is collected**

I collected Rose #4 before killing the Big Daddy, so it's not necessarily a must to do that first. It's a longer dash through the tunnels up and around back to the starting point instead of the race across the turret gangway, but it can be done.

For a written guide on getting those collectibles, it's basically dummy proof. The most reassuring part was because of the note from you saying it unlocks after leaving the place.
