How to unlock the “Worlds of Hurt” – Collector achievement in BioShock Remastered - Definitive Guide
NOTE: You must complete the whole "Worlds of Hurt" before the achievement unlocks.

First round (the first round is always the same)
The rose is hidden inbetween the consoles circling the center of the room.
Second round (also always the same)
The rose is hidden inbetween the cracks in the sunken part of the floor. This one can be pretty hard to spot and get, you must have the right angle. And remember to crouch.
Spider Splicer round
Easy one. Hidden under bench, near the "Power to the People"-station.
Multiple Big Daddy round
Follow the wall perpendicular from the Little Sister Vent, it is next to the bench, inbetween the crack in the wall and the block of wood.
Turrent Maze round
Right of the "Power to the People"-station, above pistons. This one can also be a little tricky to spot and get, try jumping from the front of the pistons.
Mixed Splicer round
Easy one. Left of the Sister Vent, behind sandbags.
Flying Machine round
Buried under ice near the broken Alarm Cancel machine. Bring Incinerate!
Houdini Splicer round
Inside seperated area underneath stairs. Try jumping off.

I was struggling with the Houdini Splicer rose as well; to get it, go up the stairs and you'll see the railing is gone, allowing you to jump from a good angle and easily land on the balcony.

If you're struggling with some of the photos from FireRaiser1985's solution (which isn't bad at all, just a bit unclear for some like rose #2 for example. At least for me it was), here's a video/visual guide. I take no credit to this video, all credit goes to 0verlord73 on YouTube.
Rooms in the order I did them, and the rose locations:
* Room 1 - On the floor in between the legs of one of the mechanical machines
* Room 2 (A single big daddy) - In a crack in the floor by the electrified water (close to entrance)
* Room 3 (Spider splicer) - Under a bench by the power to the people machine
* Room 4 (Security Bots) - Under the ice by the destroyed bot shutdown station. It's two rooms after the big daddy.
* Room 5 (Houdini Splicers) - Go down two set of stairs, turn two corners so you are 90 degrees past where you entered the room. Find the furthest hole in the railing and jump down to the platform to the right. The rose is behind the board.
* Room 6 (All kinds of enemies) - At the exit (Little sister) head left and behind the pillows
* Room 7 (Security Turret Maze) - From the entrance turn right (180 degrees), then left, at the edge of wall on the machine (behind it really) is the rose. If you turn left again more than 90 degrees you've gone too far.
* Room 8 (All kinds of big daddies) - Kill the big daddies. Face the exit head on, walk backwards until you hit the wall. It's behind a log next to the bench. It's 2 "exits" away if you want to count that way.
Now, clear the last event and rescue the little sister.
