Turrets are those things on a stand that shoot at you. They're not very pleasant I know... Hard to miss at times!
Easy enough to do.
Simply use electricity to temporally freeze the machine making it safe to approach...
Walk over and press X to begin hacking...
Hacking involves arranging the tubes in such a way so that the water reaches from beginning to end. Make sure the track is all clear/its directions are correct before the water reaches each tube/junction.
Note: Certain plasmids can be used to aid the hacking process. For example, increases hack time.

Auto hack works as well, if you have one to spare on a turret. They are wicked handy if you're trying for the Brass Balls chievo, as i any hacked camera or security bot.

These can be either gun or rocket turrets, doesn't matter. Hacking these will turn them friendly and they will fire on your enemies. Shock them with your plasmid to get in close without getting killed.
