I found a hint on the Internet, it helped me, so I’ll share it here:

1) Get to the 7th chapter , you will have 1-2 thousand gold anyway, but let’s say you don’t have any.
2) Go through the entire first map, going to “Hell’s Fair” last. You save there.
3) You drop all the skills from the Bookman for 50 coins, and completely download two: one that reduces prices in stores, and one that allows you to create words at a discount.
4) Buy EVERYTHING from the Bookman , this is important, otherwise you may later discover that some words are not open to you.
5) You sell absolutely everything , all herbs and artifacts, including dressed ones.
6) Go to the demon, along the way you take 500 gold from his treasury.
7) Attack the demon. He has two spells: one gives you 100 coins, the other deals damage equal to your gold, so your card collection must contain a damage blocking card. Well, don't rush to kill him too quickly. With the help of this demon we fill gold up to 4 thousand (3.5 pieces was enough for me).
8) You find yourself in the “Halt” location, where, like in the Izba, you can create spells for gold. Create everyone x4 , the achievement is yours. Then you can boot from the Fair again and finish playing as usual.

I’ll add on my own behalf: the battle with the demon is not so simple, considering that you will not have any herbs or items. Therefore, if you have 3.5k+ money, then try skipping the battle.

From the very beginning, download both perks so that the peasants bring more money, then the perk to reduce the prices of cards. Play calmly, don’t buy anything unless absolutely necessary, don’t miss branches on the map, don’t sell any things, by the end of the game I had 500 coins left.
