Chapter 5 starts with you finally back at grandpa's house, speak with all the visitors for rewards before heading out to finish the wedding we started two chapters ago. Explore as needed until you reach Nikolay's Wedding and grab some herbs before speaking with everyone outside and inside the church, eventually leading to a boss fight from before.
Now we are to find a towel for a ceremony we will do later. Make your way through the map nodes, exploring as you like until you reach Epiphany Church. Grab some herbs before heading inside, examine all the points before speaking with the priest. Move the ladder under the picture and examine it again. Accept the deal or choose to fight to proceed.
Now we need to find a knife for the ceremony. Make your way through the map nodes, exploring as you like until you reach the Uyezd Police Station. Grab an herb before heading inside, speak with the policeman, then the caretaker. Head outside and interact with the storage shed, either fight or convince the demon to help you. You can now either fight the caretaker for a bunch of sin or continue to the cemetery. Grab two herbs in the cemetery before you grab the shovel, then head to the left for another herb and the caretaker. Speak with him for a fight.
Karnysh now has his quest available to start, speak with him at grandpa's hut. Explore the map nodes until you reach the Abandoned Well for a puzzle battle. For turn 1 use: George the Brave, Pious Words and Bellower and use Karnysh ability.
For turn 2 use: George the Father, Urazi and Once and Forever.
Continue on until you reach Karnysh's Forest, do not agree to help the two drowners, fight them for another puzzle battle. For turn 1 use: Headless, George the Father, Bellower, Lazarus and use Karnysh’s ability.
For turn two use: Urazi x2 the left drowner, Ruda the right drowner, and Lazarus.
For turn three use: Urazi x2, Ruda x2.
After the fight, you will unlock Karnysh's achievement.
Back at grandpa's hut, we can now proceed to find the a corpse as the last item we need for the ceremony. Explore the map nodes until you reach the Paramedic Station and grab three herbs nearby before heading inside the hut and speak with the nurse. Head back outside to the barn and grab the chicken droppings before heading back inside the hut to the decoction table.
Use these options to make the decoction:
Right bottle left option.
Left bottle left option.
Center bottle right option.
Left bottle left option.
Right bottle left option.
Left bottle left option.
Give the decoction to the sick person to the left, choose to drive the fever out, then chase after her. Choose the "Iskor" option for the question. Travel to Iskor Hillfort for a boss fight.

Interact with all points on the ground and then the fern, walk forward to start a battle.
