Bailichkas are a secondary type of journal entry, similar to the encyclopedia entries for another achievement. Bailichkas are generally easy to find while doing the story and exploring each area as most are given to you as you proceed. Keep an eye out on each map node as you explore, as they show what you can possibly get there. Be aware though that not all choices always lead to the reward.
