Midway through chapter 2 you will reach a pothouse/tavern as part of the main quest and engage in a fight with a demon that looks like a goat kind of. After you beat him, choose to bring him with you to be able to gain Proshak's quest after returning to grandpa's hut.
Speak with the visitors tab and Proshka will ask you to go to a church with him for his personal quest. Make your way through to the church at the end and once inside, examine the planks on the wall and head inside the passage. Examine the broken idol and then head back out to the main part of the church. Examine the statue to the left and remove the wooden mask. Head back inside the passage and place the wooden mask on the broken idol and after the cutscene starts, this will unlock.
