How to unlock the Chapter I completed achievement in Black Mirror - Definitive Guide

the solution for the wheel
a symbol that looks like an upside down pitch fork with 3 little sticks sticking out the one side on the big wheel
a symbol that looks like the letter B for the medium wheel
and a symbol that looks like the letter N for the small wheel

if you did it right it should automatically close the wheel and show you a model castle examine it and then for me i had to examine the right side again for it to start a cut scene once that ends you will have unlocked the achievement

This trophy will pop automatically after you have completed Chapter 1.

After finding the secrets in the library, a cutscene will start. After watching it, the trophy will pop.

Story related, impossible to miss.

After finding out some of the secrets in the master study, a cutscene will start. At the end of this cutscene, the chapter will end and the trophy will unlock.
