In chapter 5, after you access the caves behind the fireplace you have to traverse a tiled floor. Leah and then your ghost dad will guide you across. When you make it to the other side, the achievement will unlock.

Chapter Five. After you have unlocked the door behind the fireplace, you will reach a large room. Listen to the commands of the Doctor to make it halfway across the room. When she disappears, the ghost of your father as a young boy will appear and beckon you towards him.
It's actually simple to complete this area. In a very straight line, walk towards him slowly. You will need to do this three times: to your left, upwards, and then to your right. Once you get to the other side a cutscene will play and the trophy will unlock.
