Keep in the centre of the room if you wander to close to the visions the screen will darken and die, when the screen does darken just move away.
There are 3 interact points during the vision which have unique dialogue, they can be examined in any order.
1 left side of room, two ghosts fighting
2, the right corner near the window
3, the shears as they are flying towards the corner
After the vision is over the achievement will pop, you will have another seizure, calm yourself to earn another achievement

Story related, impossible to miss.
Chapter Three. When you gain access to the greenhouse thanks to Rory the gardener, you will discuss the flowers around you. Eventually, after looking at different areas of the greenhouse, a vision will begin and once again you must examine three set points: a fight over at the table, the far right window, and the thrown object in the flower bed under the far right window.
You can die during these visions, so be aware of when the screen starts to become black. Moving away from the vision will halt the danger.
