Black Mirror

I needed the piece of wire to pick the lock. To find this, I entered the kitchen, which is to the far west as you’re standing in the main hall. You will meet a strange man in there and have to go through dialogue before you can search the drawer in the table that’s in the middle of the kitchen.

Head back to the locked desk and pick it with the wire to unlock that and the achievement.

A bit more information here to help with the puzzle inside.

The 4 digit code is: 3618

The snake puzzle on the left requires that you press the back and white buttons in a certain order. Look at the snake, and it shows you the order. Start at the head. The last 4 buttons are on the inside of the cabinet, so open that secret compartment with the 4 digit code first.

On the other side of the desk, is another snake. Press the button on its head.

This particular achievement starts at 16:00 where you have to enter the kitchen and talk to rory, then you can head back out and rummage through the drawers to find a piece of wire.

Go back to where the locked cabinet was, up the stairs in plain view, and make sure to use the WIRE and not the KNIFE to unlock the achievement!
