The game has a fixed recovery time for plants that will be needed to farm all the necessary additives for this trophy (and not only). You can bypass this limitation by changing the time on the console. I had the following algorithm: I collect drops from all the necessary bushes, move to the hub location, then (without leaving the game) change the time on the console for 1 hour forward, jump again to the location I need and farm the bushes again because they all appeared again

Immortal Vine - can be obtained in Chapter 4 in a secret location, a tree drops from monsters, kill until it drops.
There is a point about drinks: you will have two bottles where one needs to be pumped up to 10 cells, and the second to 2 cells. The translation is clumsy everywhere and it is not clear which of them needs to be pumped up correctly.
The main bottle needs to be pumped up to 9 cells.
The bottle - Lamb Brew needs to be upgraded by 2 slots, you can get all the bugs for upgrading on the 2nd playthrough by the end of Chapter 5.

I had an unpleasant embarrassment with this trophy, the bottle that needs to be crafted from the Right Hand of Buddha and the Left Hand of Buddha did not work out for me, because to my surprise the Left Hand of Buddha did not drop from the frog in Chapter 4. I thought "Well, okay, then it will drop on NG+, because I will have to go through it anyway" So it did not drop on NG+ for me either, most likely I was just lucky enough to encounter a rare bug because I did not see anyone with a similar problem on the Internet. But if suddenly you have a similar situation, do not rely on NG+, but immediately start a new save slot.
