How to unlock the Portraits Perfected achievement in Black Myth: Wukong - Definitive Guide

There is one boss that may not appear, it is in the third chapter of Apramana Bat. As soon as in the third chapter you got off the turtle, immediately go to the right side to the snake skeleton. Otherwise, if you go further in the story, the boss will not appear.

The trophy is missable.
In the first chapter you have to kill the monk (with the big head) in the forest before hitting the 3 bells/defeating the monk in the past, otherwise he will disappear and you won't be able to get the soul.
In the second chapter, when there is a battle between father and son (rats), you must first kill the father (little rat), and only then the son, otherwise you will not receive the soul.

I'll add a little: in the hidden location of Chapter 4 there are two bosses, one is the final boss of the location, the second is the scorpion king, he sleeps on the roof, to start the fight, you need to break the box under him. So, if you go to the final boss, then the scorpion king will intervene in the fight and, like the boss, will disappear. It will be added to the enemy log, but you will not get loot for it. And it is not entirely clear, for the trophy you need to kill everyone or just fill out the logs about all the creatures in the game.

The list is a little buggy when switching to NG+. If there were undiscovered creatures (in my case, Taoist Mi), on NG+ they will completely disappear from the list (there won't even be ????????).
However, they are still listed and count as a trophy when they are opened.
Maybe it will be fixed over time
