The trophy can be missed even if you found it 4 times, because if you don't pull out the tongue before the battle with the final boss of Chapter 5, then after returning the tongue will no longer be there and the trophy will not be completed.

The trophy is missable, BUT! You need to talk to the horse 4 times, then you can beat the boss, run to the cart and pull the whip! At the same time, if you are doing the quest of the bull with an axe at the same time, and want to get to the secret location - we beat 4 carts, talk to the bull, collect the horse, and the bull disappears and is not displayed in the movements - but he will be in the "Fire-breathing Mountain" - "Hot Valley" - "Emerald Hall" - run up where you fought with one of the carts, he is there, dialogue and after that we go to the "Cool Slope" and the last cart appears!

If you didn't find the horse where it should be, then go back to the previous chapter and talk to it until the dialogues start repeating.
