Chapter 1
[Health] : Wolf Forest: Guanyin Temple - After defeating Ling Xuzi, the health upgrade is located in the temple nearby.
[Mana] : Bamboo Grove: White Mist Marsh - Continue through the cave after defeating White-Cloaked Xiucai. The Mana Upgrade and Pillow are on top of the cliff after exiting the cave.
[Stamina] : Black Wind Cave: Outside the cave - After encountering a large enemy and some archers, the upgrade is just past this group of enemies in the middle of the wooden bridge.

Chapter 2
[Stamina] : Sand Gate Village: Valley of Despair - Defeat the First Prince of the Flowing Sands and keep moving until you squeeze through a crack in the wall. Go straight ahead and break the wooden fence. The stamina upgrade is in this room.
[Mana] : Dread Rock: Rockfall - Take the left path from where you defeated the Stone Guardian. Down the path you'll find a pillow and a mana upgrade.
[Health] : Crouching Tiger Temple: Temple Entrance - After defeating the Stone Vanguard, head back to where you defeated the Tiger Vanguard and interact with the statue at the top of the stairs. Enter this new area and the upgrade will be on your left.

Chapter 3
[Mana] : Pagoda World: Outside the Wheel - The Mana Upgrade is located along the main path to your right after exiting the second small cave after defeating the Wise-Voice Captain.
[Health] : Bitter Lake: Turtle Island - On the left side behind the giant turtle.
[Stamina] : New Thunderclap Temple: Temple Entrance - Go through the temple in front of you. Go up the left stairs, turn right and go forward until you reach a set of stairs on your left. Go down them and go forward into the temple. Go up the stairs on your right. Exit the room and turn left. Go to the center of the bridge and jump over the left railing (the horse NPC is on this bridge, so you can talk to him). Walk along the frozen river and the stamina upgrade will be on your left.

Chapter 4
[Mana] : Webway: Oblivion Cliff - After the Right Hand of Buddha boss, go across the "bridge" and go left. The mana upgrade is along this hidden path.
[Health] : Lanxi Village: Zhu's Domain - Before you jump into the pit, go to the altar at the back of the arena.
[Stamina] : Temple of Yellow Flowers: Courtyard of Illumination - Go up the stairs and go straight. The upgrade is in the temple.

Chapter 5
[Health] : Smoldering Forest: Ash Pass II - The upgrade is located directly across from the altar.
[Mana] : Torrid Valley: Rakshasa Palace - The upgrade is located directly to the left of the altar.
[Stamina] : Bishui Cave: Pit of Purification - After the double boss fight, run up the stairs, the upgrade will be on the left.
