Can confirm HavfruenArild's comment, didn't unlock for me on the first run when I was running, on the second try I walked a got it.

Missed it also on the first Run, but I didn't spend much time in the coffins. Don't know if this matters. After not running in this part, the Achievement popped and the Game was done

This didn't unlock for me the first time I went through, and on my second run of this chapter I didn't hold the RT button while I was walking away from the coffin, so if it doesn't unlock for you try that.

When using the coffins to hide from the turret in Cheaper 5, DO NOT RUN. You must walk away from the coffins. If you use cn_RT at all after getting out of the coffin it will void the achievement and you'll have to restart the chapter. The achievement will pop after walking to the right for a few seconds.

Unlocks during chapter 5 after lying in one of the coffins to fool the scanner.

Story related, can’t be missed.

When you enter the section with the coffins, a laser is panning from right to left scanning the coffins. Roughly in the middle of the room is an empty coffin you can enter by pressing and holding down . Do this until the laser has passed, then vacate the coffin and run to the right towards the end of the game.

The trophy pops as you get out of the coffin.
