Black Widow: Recharged

This can be done in Arcade or Challenge mode, but your best bet will be to do it in Arcade Mode. When your partner dies, you'll need to wait for a powerup mosquito to fly by and when you kill them, they'll need to drop the powerup that has the heart on it. When you collect it, you'll resurrect your partner and the trophy will unlock.
