I got this on the fourth challenge "Up Close And Personal". You spawn with a burst attack power-up and a bunch of Thunderbugs appear shortly after. You may have to try a few times as the timing for "rapid succession" seems to be really tight. Just wait for them to circle around and bunch up, then shoot them all at once for the achievement.
Velvet
The Thunderbugs are the flying bugs that start in a line formation. When you shoot one, it'll break away from the formation and chase you. You'll need to shoot it a second time to actually kill it. Just as with Caught in a Trap 
, the best place to get this will be Challenge #6 "Mass Extermination". While the challenge is to kill Hornets, you'll have well over 10 Thunderbugs on the screen at once pretty shortly into the Challenge. To make it easier for yourself, you can wait for a Hornet bug to lay an egg, then wait for the egg to hatch into a Grenade Bug. If you shoot the Grenade bug, it'll kill everything (including you) that's close by. Killing Thunderbugs in this explosion will count towards this trophy. You'll need to kill 10 Thunderbugs without letting more than about .5 second pass, so 10 Thunderbugs in about 5 seconds. As soon as the 10th bug is killed, the trophy will unlock.
