I got this on the eighth challenge, "Watch Your Step". The level doesn't end until you destroy 35 grenade bugs. Remember to destroy the eggs so there are less grenade bugs, thus extending your time. Also, wait to kill the hornets until they drop the eggs. This seems to prevent so many grenade bugs from spawning in outright.
Keep practicing and you should get it. My normal time when completing the level was 2:28 so with some practice/luck I was able to extend that to 3:00 without too much of a struggle.

I got this in Arcade mode playing Classic Recharged. This means you get 3 lives. I got it while getting the achievement for 6,000 points in Arcade mode.
Velvet
You'll need to earn this in Arcade since there's no challenge that requires you to stay alive for 180 seconds/3 minutes. While you can get this alongside Wild West Hero 
, I personally recommend doing them separately. For Wild West Hero, you want to be going after all of the money that drops to get your score up. For this trophy, however, you want to play smart and not go flying for extra goodies that could possibly kill you. You just need to play it safe. Be sure to try and save your web "cone" attack for when you absolutely need it to get out of a tight spot and just use the general power-ups for everything else. As soon as the clock hits 3:00, the trophy will unlock.
