This is not as hard as it sounds.
Start by killing someone. Anyone.
Then grab their gun and try to last as long as you can, killing everyone you meet. If you can identify the one you got the gun from, then target them specifically.
It takes a few tries, but if you keep picking up someones gun and using it as long as possible, you WILL get it.
Good luck, it takes a little practice.
Alternatively:
Have a buddy of yours join the game lobby your in, make sure you are on separate teams, or playing a free for all.
Meet somewhere unfrequented by most, kill your friend, take their gun. Wait for them to return, then kill them again.
This is the easy way, but for a simple achievement, it probably isn't necessary.

You don't have to use the main gun from their kit, either. I picked up someone's kit and then killed them with a grenade and the achievement unlocked.

Wait for an enemy that loves to camp in a specific area, kill him and take his weapon and stay in the specific area, if your lucky the camper will return and simply kill him with his weapon

Not as hard as it sounds, kill an enemy and pick up their weapon with Q. Now you have to kill that same enemy before you die and lose their weapon, you can do this very easily if you are close to the opposing teams spawning area.

Self-explanatory. Kill an enemy and pick up their weapon by holding 
. Now you have to kill that same enemy before you die and lose their weapon. You can do this very easily if you are close to the opposing team's spawning area and continue to spawn kill/spawn trap. Don't go all the way into their spawn though or the turrets will kill you making you lose their weapon. Domination is the best game type to get this on.
