There is an enemy category called plants. All you need to do is defeat 500 of this category of enemy. Grindy, but not hard. It should be noted that you should receive this naturally as you play through the game. This type of enemy drops goods used for requests, mostly, though later they can drop higher value items for your blacksmithing.
