BLACKTAIL

During your play you may see a red demon NPC in random locations. You can speak to him and he offers you to sign a pact. You need to accept his offer to earn the achievement. You will get some evil standing and a random buff (for a time). You can see him multiple times (and sign multiple pacts), just carefully look around while playing.
