You can unlock this achievement as early as the first main area: Spring. All you need is some arrows and one red flower.
First, find a beehive in a tree (they spawn all over the map, so it shouldn't be hard to find) and place the red flower in the offering vase at the base of the tree. The bees will then come down with the honey. Wait for them to go back to the hive and shoot it with your arrow, thus allowing you to collect two lots of honey.
With that, your achievement should unlock.

Probably want to mention that you can't pick up the honey the bee's drop until after you shoot down the hive. Only realized after watching a video that's what I was doing wrong. Also there's special dialogue calling you a liar if you do it right

After collecting one find a beehive (often found in forests), get close and drop the flower into the vase behind the beehive. The bees will drop some honey into the bowl. After that shoot down the beehive. If you did everything right you get a specific dialogue.
Warning! If you used dash to evade the bees they may disappear so you will not get honey and shooting down the beehive will be useless. Reload a save file or just find another beehive.
